Zigzag candle holder

Sand-cast aluminium body, brass base. David Marshall worked out of Spain from the late 1960s onward, casting his pieces by hand in his own foundry. The zigzag form is unmistakably his - sculptural first, functional second. The two-tone finish, polished silver above and warm gold below, gives the piece real presence whether or not there is a candle in it.

Good vintage condition, light wear consistent with age.
