Refund policy

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Returns You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (right of withdrawal), unless the item is excluded from this right. Sale items are excluded from returns. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. If desired, we are happy to assist you in arranging the return shipment. It is also possible to drop off the item in person by appointment in Oirschot or Rotterdam. Returned items must be undamaged, unused, and where reasonably possible returned in their original packaging. To register a return, we ask that you first contact us at info@studiomarigold.nl. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without prior notification. Once we have received the return shipment, we will let you know within 3 business days whether the return has been approved.

Refunds After receipt and inspection of the returned item, the refund will be processed. The purchase amount (including any standard outbound shipping costs) will be refunded via the same payment method used for the order, such as iDEAL or PayPal. We will process the refund as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal, provided the product has been received in good condition or proof of return has been provided. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
