Very unusal and very fun! This is a set of three mosaique patterned balls, made from horn in the 60's/70's. Sometimes you're lucky enough to find them in a beige, but the blue variety is something even I have not seen before : ) 
A nice element to style with: just put them on a bowl for display and you're good!
