This trolley is a design by Marianne Hagberg & Knut Hagberg voor IKEA, manufactured in 2002. You can use it as a bedside table, trolley, book storage, item display: you name it.  It's movable since it has wheels under it. One of the many reasons I LOVE old IKEA designs: practical and fun.
