Intense red ceramic bonbonniere with pointy lid and handles. Made in the 60’s by Bertoncello, an Italian company that was found in the 50’s.

Initially known as LBP - named after its founders Mr Lini, Giovanni Bertoncello and Mr Pizzato. At the height of their success during the 1970's the company employed some 30 staff. Bertoncello was best known for its sculptural, geometric shapes, often made with rounded, recessed holes, items were moulded using white clay.

The item is in good condition, but has some glaze missing around the rim as can be seen on the pictures
